Immediately after the Secretariat issued Directive No. 50-CT/TW "On continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period", Party committees and organizations at all levels in the province considered this a "political order", quickly grasped and seriously implemented it. The spirit of the Directive was widely spread, creating a clear change in Party cell activities, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations at the grassroots level.

Minh Chau village (Tri Le commune) has 134 households, 668 people of two ethnic groups: Kho Mu and Thai; the Party cell has 22 party members. According to the Secretary of Minh Chau village Party cell, comrade Loc Van Thu, for a long time, the Party cell has maintained the habit of regular monthly activities on the 3rd day, usually in the morning, if it is the crop season, it is arranged in the evening to create conditions for party members to participate fully.

In Na Cay village, Tien Phong commune, Party cell secretary Lu Van Quy said: The Party cell has a relatively large number of party members (58 comrades). It is clearly recognized that the quality of activities is one of the important factors determining the capacity and fighting strength of the Party cell. Following the instructions of superiors, the Party cell maintains activities on time as prescribed.
The content of the activities was carefully prepared, and party members participated fully and on time. The issues raised for discussion were close to the reality of the village and hamlet, and the opinions expressed were also close to the wishes of the people, limiting the situation of formal and perfunctory statements.
The role and responsibility of the host is also clearer through the method of conducting the meeting, suggesting issues, creating a democratic and sincere atmosphere. Each meeting evaluates and draws experience from what has been done and what has not been done; sets out specific tasks and what needs to be done immediately in the month, clearly assigning people and tasks associated with the responsibilities of each party member.
Mr. Ha Sy Bay, 71 years old, 45 years of Party membership in Team 1 of Na Cay village, expressed: Directive 50 of the Secretariat unifying activities on the 3rd of every month helps ensure synchronization, creates favorable conditions for inspection and supervision work, and at the same time enhances the sense of responsibility of the Party cell committee in preparing the content of activities.
Compared to before, the activities of the village and hamlet party cells have been innovated, closely following the situation of the village and hamlet. We, the Party members, hope that the activities of the village and hamlet party cells will both adhere to the regulations of the Central and the province and be close to the reality of the village and hamlet, with the ultimate goal of making people's lives prosperous and the village and hamlet develop.

Immediately after the Provincial Party Committee deployed Plan No. 363-KH/TU dated August 18, 2025 on implementing Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period. Tien Phong Commune Party Committee promptly issued directive documents, requesting subordinate Party cells to continue to innovate the content and methods of Party cell activities to ensure 3 rights: Correct period, correct content, correct principles. Innovate the way of running Party cell activities in the direction of brevity, focus, and key points; promote discipline, order, and self-awareness in Party activities; link Party cell activities with the political tasks of agencies and units.
The Commune Party Committee also assigned Party Committee members to periodically attend meetings at Party cells, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, Party members and people. Along with that, it strengthened the inspection and supervision work to ensure discipline and improve the quality of Party cell activities.
Initial results show that Party cell activities are more orderly, leadership, education, and combativeness are enhanced, and the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members is promoted.
In Van Kieu commune, the standing members of the commune Party Committee have directly and periodically worked with the subordinate Party cells. Thereby, they grasp the actual situation, listen to the voices from the grassroots, remove difficulties and obstacles, and at the same time, orient the contents of Party cell activities to ensure "3 rights" as in the spirit of Directive No. 50-CT/ of the Secretariat.
In addition to regular activities, the Party Cells of Van Kieu Commune Party Committee also focus on specialized activities with specific and practical contents associated with evaluating the results of performing tasks in the month and deploying tasks for the next month.
According to comrade Chu Ba Long - Secretary of the Van Kieu Commune Party Committee: Party cell activities must not only ensure order and discipline but also be practical, closely linked to people's lives and local development tasks. Thereby, promoting the political core role of the Party organization at the grassroots level, strengthening people's trust, creating motivation to successfully implement socio-economic development goals in the area.

Directive No. 50-CT/TW is not only a spiritual inheritance of previous Directives but also a breakthrough, setting higher, more in-depth, and more substantial requirements for Party cell activities as a "political order" for each Party committee, Party organization, and Party member in the new situation. Therefore, immediately after the Central Party Secretariat issued Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period; the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Plan No. 636-KH/TU dated August 18, 2025 to implement Directive No. 50-CT/TW.
It requires Party organizations to implement synchronously, with focus, in accordance with the conditions of each type of Party cell. Unanimously carry out Party cell activities on the 3rd of every month (if on a holiday or in special cases, activities in the first week of the month). At the same time, emphasize ensuring practicality, efficiency, avoiding formality and administrativeization in Party cell activities.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also directed the organization of a conference for key officials across the province to study, learn and thoroughly grasp Directive No. 50-CT/TW, in both direct and online forms; directed the promotion of propaganda work for the Directive through mass media, internal information, thematic activities, etc.
At the same time, Party committees at all levels are required to proactively review, adjust and supplement the contents of Directive No. 50-CT/TW into the working regulations and related documents of Party committees at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the requirements of the new period, focusing on key groups of contents: Raising awareness of the position and role of Party cells and Party cell activities; Innovating the content and methods of organizing Party cell activities in a practical and effective direction; Strengthening the responsibility of Party committees and Party cell secretaries in leading and managing activities; Strengthening inspection, supervision and assessment of the quality of Party cell activities; Tightening discipline and principles in Party cell activities; Focusing on promoting the exemplary role and responsibility of Party members; Ensuring conditions for organizing Party cell activities...
As the Party Committee of the provincial Party Committee, on September 18, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held an in-person and online conference to deploy the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Committees and Directive 50 to grassroots Party organizations and all Party members of the Party Committee at 36 connecting points with over 1,300 Party members.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies also issued Plan No. 25-KH/DU, dated September 8, 2025 with the following key contents: Reviewing and supplementing working regulations, incorporating the contents of Directive 50-CT/TW into programs, resolutions, and Party cell regulations to concretize policies into actions; Innovating the content and methods of Party cell activities, ensuring "3 rights" (correct period, correct content, correct principles); closely combining theory and practice; promoting democracy, enhancing combativeness; Enhancing the role of Party committees and Party cell secretaries, effectively implementing the work of perfecting, planning, training, and fostering the team of Party cell secretaries and Party cell members; Continuing to effectively implement the regulations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on assessing the quality of Party cell activities; building the model of "four good Party cells", "four good grassroots Party organizations".
Strictly assigning Party Committee members and cadres to monitor and periodically attend Party cell meetings; Linking the assessment of the quality of meetings with the classification of Party cells and Party members; at the same time promptly commending and replicating advanced models.
Most recently, on October 6, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee issued Notice No. 44-TB/DU on the schedule of assigning regular Party cell meetings for members of the Standing Committee and members of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Through attending Party cell meetings to grasp the situation, listen to opinions of Party members and Party cells, promptly guide and direct to improve quality, overcome formalism in Party cell meetings; at the same time discover good practices from practice to replicate.
Each Party cell needs to clearly realize that innovation and improvement of the quality of Party cell activities is not an immediate task, but a regular, long-term task, closely linked to the survival of the Party. Directive 50-CT/TW is a call full of responsibility and expectations from the Secretariat for each Party organization, each cadre and Party member. For that call to penetrate deeply into practice, the most important thing is the exemplary, resolute, and consistent actions of the leaders, Party cell secretaries, and the "extended arms" of the Party at the grassroots level.

The Party cell is the cell, the foundation of the Party, the political nucleus at the grassroots level, directly leading and concretizing the Party's policies and guidelines into life. Improving the quality of Party cell activities is an urgent requirement, of special importance, contributing to building a clean and strong Party in all aspects; we believe that, with high political determination, close leadership of Party committees at all levels and the spirit and responsibility of cadres and Party members, Directive No. 50-CT/TW will be implemented synchronously and effectively throughout the province, meeting the requirements in the new period.
