Using hot clip to demand half a billion dong from ex-girlfriend

Quang Ninh Provincial Police are detaining Luong Minh Quang (born in 1992, residing in Gieng Day Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province) to investigate the act of extortion.
Previously, Quang Ninh Provincial Police received a report from Ms. QTPD (born in 1991, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) that around August 2019, she was threatened by a subject using a hot clip, demanding that she transfer 500 million VND to her account, otherwise, he would post sensitive images on social networks.
Upon receiving the information, the police investigated and identified Luong Minh Quang (Ms. D.'s ex-lover) as the subject who blackmailed Ms. D., so they arrested him to serve the investigation.
Searching Quang's residence, the police seized many items such as a desktop computer, iPad, mobile phone and 4 sex clips. At the police station, Quang confessed to his acts of extortion.
The case is still under investigation.
