In traditional medicine, vinegar is used to treat various ailments, including hypertension. The simplest method involves soaking common foods in vinegar for daily consumption. Below are some remedies using vinegar for your reference and application.

Recipe 1: Take about one bowl of raw peanuts (with the shells still on) and soak them in a sufficient amount of vinegar for at least 7 days, stirring twice a day. Eat 10 peanuts in the morning and 10 in the evening. Once your blood pressure has lowered and stabilized, you can eat them only once a day.

Recipe 2: Roast 500g of soybeans until golden brown (be careful not to burn them), then soak them in 1 liter of vinegar. After 10 days, they are ready to eat. Eat 5-6 beans twice a day. Regular consumption is very beneficial for health.

Lesson 3: Take a sufficient amount of garlic (purple-skinned garlic is best), peel it, and soak it with 150g of brown sugar in 150ml of vinegar. After about half a month, it's ready to use. Eat 2 cloves of garlic and drink a little of the vinegar mixture early in the morning before breakfast. A course of treatment lasts 10-15 days.

Lesson 4: Take a sufficient amount of shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems, wash them thoroughly, and place them in a jar. Pour vinegar over them until completely covered and let them soak for about half a month. Take 10ml twice a day. Similarly, you can replace the shiitake mushrooms with seaweed (also known as kelp or kelp).

Lesson 5: Dissolve 500g of rock sugar in 100ml of vinegar. Drink 10ml three times a day after meals. One course of treatment lasts 10 days, and can be continued for 3-5 courses.

Lesson 6: Crack one chicken egg into a bowl, pour in 60ml of vinegar, stir well, then steam until cooked. Eat this in the early morning. One course of treatment lasts 7 days, and can be used continuously for several courses.

The above-mentioned medicinal vinegar recipes are used to prevent and support the treatment of hypertension. This effect is due to the nickel acid and vitamin C in vinegar, which dilate blood vessels, lower cholesterol, fight obesity, and enhance the elasticity of blood vessel walls. Foods pickled in vinegar, such as peanuts, soybeans, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and seaweed, all help reduce blood fat, prevent atherosclerosis, and contribute to regulating blood pressure.
