Using scissors to kill someone.

(Baonghean.vn) –Due to a personal conflict, Nong used scissors to stab Luận, a resident of the same village, multiple times, causing the victim's death.

The incident occurred at 11 PM on July 16th in Khe Dong village, Thach Ngan commune, Con Cuong district. Due to a personal dispute, Vi Van Nong (born in 1966, residing in Khe Dong village) stabbed Mac Van Luan (born in 1989, residing in the same village) multiple times with scissors, causing Luan's death.

Currently, the Con Cuong District Police have arrested Vi Van Nong for investigation and prosecution.
