At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Canh Hoa - Director of Viettel Nghe An awarded 4 Third prizes (iPhone XS Max 64GB worth 28.99 million VND) to lucky customers in Nghe An: Ms. Bui Thi Loan (Nghi Lien commune, Vinh city), Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (Vinh city), Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (Nghia Phu commune, Nghia Dan district) and Mr. Vu Le Hung (Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town).

It is known that the Viettel++ program award ceremony is also taking place simultaneously in 45 provinces and cities with lucky customers. In which, the first prize (a savings book worth 1 billion VND) belongs to a customer in Lam Dong, who has used Viettel's mobile service for 10 years.
The prizes awarded in this program are 30 SH125i motorbikes and more than 300 iPhone XS Max. Previously, millions of prizes including services and Viettel++ points were added directly to the lucky customers' accounts. The total value of the program's prizes is up to more than 30 billion VND.
Officially launched on June 18, 2019, Viettel ++ is the largest customer care program ever for 70 million customers using Viettel services.
The special feature of the Viettel++ program is that customers do not need to register to participate, the system proactively creates accounts and accumulates points from all customer transactions (top-up, pay bills; upgrade/register for data packages; register for fixed services, use long-term services...); to consider and upgrade membership.
In addition, allowing customers to combine points when using multiple services at the same time will help customers upgrade their membership faster and enjoy many special offers from Viettel++. These are considered outstanding advantages of the program, different from other traditional customer service programs (when customers have to actively register to accumulate points or will be limited when they cannot integrate multiple services).
With the message "Use is Add, Add is Use", customers' accumulated Viettel++ points can be easily converted into telecommunication services (free messages, calling minutes, data) or incentives from Viettel's affiliated partners in the most flexible way.
To help customers comfortably choose the promotions that suit them, Viettel has cooperated with nearly 500 partners in Shopping, Cuisine, Health - Insurance, Travel, Fashion... to provide thousands of the most practical promotions.
This useful store of incentives is also the highlight that makes Viettel++ a customer care program loved by many users.

Up to now, after more than 3 months of implementing the program, Viettel++ has attracted more than 5 million customers to participate and achieved a monthly growth rate of up to 18%. The program's coverage has spread to 63/63 provinces and cities nationwide.
