Using stolen motorbikes to rob
(Baonghean.vn)-Vinh City Police arrested two subjects who used a pliers to break the locks and steal four motorbikes from victims in Vinh City and two subjects who assisted in selling stolen goods.
On the morning of June 7, Mr. Ha Quoc Khanh appeared at the Vinh City Police Department's Criminal Police Department to complete the procedures to receive back his motorbike that was stolen in mid-May 2017.
According to Major Ho Dinh Hoi, Head of the Anti-Robbery Team of the Vinh City Police Department, from May 22-31, 2017, Nguyen Van Huy and Pham Van Vuong, residing in Vinh City, used a pliers to break the locks and steal 4 motorbikes, then sold them to get money for drug use and personal expenses.

These two subjects used stolen motorbikes, then changed the license plates, to commit robberies of passersby.
The Vinh City Police Department has established a special case and assigned the Criminal Police Team to investigate and clarify the case. Using professional measures, the Vinh City Police Department's Criminal Police Team detectives arrested Nguyen Van Huy and Pham Van Vuong for theft and robbery.

Huy and Vuong confessed to using a pliers to break locks, causing 4 motorbike thefts and 1 robbery of a passerby in Vinh city.
They sold all the assets obtained from crime to two subjects Vo Anh Tuan, residing in Nghi Trung, Nghi Loc Nghe An and Bui Huy Anh, residing in Duc Tho, Ha Tinh for the crime of consuming assets obtained from others' crimes.
Vinh City Police have seized all the motorbikes and property involved in the robbery committed by Huy and Vuong. Currently, the four suspects in the case are being held in criminal detention for further investigation.
