According to the dash cam of a vehicle traveling on N5 Road, on May 30, a Mazda car with license plate 37K-158xx was traveling through a flooded area due to recent rain. Instead of slowing down, the car deliberately accelerated and splashed water on two students riding a motorbike on the side of the road, causing the two students to be stranded in a wave of water so large that it completely covered their bodies.
