The way to the world of Vietnamese fresh milk brand

Story of a passionate woman
Those who have been to and passed through the sunny and windy land of Nghe An will surely be surprised and amazed that in less than 7 years, TH has transformed Nghia Dan land from a place with no significant highlights into a prosperous dairy farming land.
Workers on farms, farmers who work day and night still tell each other the proud story of a son of the Central region with great intelligence who overcame many difficulties to create a model for exploiting farmland, building large-scale livestock farms and being a typical model for purchasing and exploiting world technology.
The woman that farmers and workers in Western Nghe An affectionately mention is Ms. Thai Huong - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of TH Group (TH true MILK), who has been voted twice into the top 50 most powerful businesswomen in Asia by the American financial magazine Forbes.
As a new brand appearing on the market since 2010, TH true MILK originated from the Project "High-tech industrial-scale concentrated dairy farming and milk processing" with a total investment of 1.2 billion USD. However, in 2016, among 88 enterprises (16 industries) in the manufacturing industry with products achieving the National Brand, in the food and beverage industry group, the TH true MILK brand was named first. The product groups achieving the National Brand include: TH true MILK fresh milk, TH TOPKID yogurt, TH School MILK; TH true YORGURT drinking yogurt.

Up to now, under the leadership of Ms. Thai Huong, TH's "High-tech industrial-scale dairy farming and milk processing" project has achieved results with a total herd of up to 45,000 dairy cows; TH farm has been recognized as the largest high-tech dairy farm in Asia. In terms of market share in the fresh milk segment, TH true MILK has risen to the top in the Vietnamese market, considered a pioneer in implementing the clean fresh milk revolution in Vietnam.
Even more admirable, since 2016, Ms. Thai Huong has led TH Group to accompany the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Health to implement the program "School Milk - For Vietnamese Stature" for the physical strength of the country's future generations, so that children can "touch the door to happiness" with delicious glasses of school milk.
What makes the difference
There are many things that make the difference between TH true MILK fresh milk and other milk brands, and also the difference between raising dairy cows on centralized farms and raising them in households.
The most typical difference is the milking system that applies automation technology. Before entering the milking system, cows are bathed and cooled, then dried by a fan, then enter the milking system. Cows are milked completely automatically with 4 vacuum teats. After being milked, the milk will be transferred to the intermediate milk collection tank by a stainless steel pipe system and transferred to the filter funnels. After passing through the filter system, the milk passes through zinc sheets, suddenly cooled down to below 40C and is immediately transferred to the milk storage tank. With a temperature below 40C, the milk is safely preserved from bacteria, and retains its original nutritional content after being milked from the cow's udder to be transferred to the factory.

Thus, from the time the milk is milked from the cow's udder until it is transferred to the factory and to the consumer, no air enters; that means harmful bacteria cannot penetrate the milk. Therefore, TH true MILK remains fresh, clean, delicious, pure, and nutritious because its nutritional content is intact. And that is also the secret for TH to increasingly affirm its prestigious position in the hearts of domestic and foreign consumers.

2016 can be said to be a year of many successes for TH true MILK, affirming its prestigious position in the choice of domestic and foreign consumers.

The fact that TH true MILK was awarded the 2016 National Brand Award is not only a source of pride for TH Group but also helps to make the Vietnamese National Brand famous in the international market where TH is promoting export.

For demanding consumers, it is not surprising that in September 2016, two "representative" products of TH True Milk, TOPKID Sterilized Yogurt with Natural Strawberry - Banana - Barley Flavor and TOPKID Pure Chocolate Pasteurized Yogurt, both won the prestigious Gold Award "Typical Product of the Year 2016" at the Moscow International Food Exhibition 2016. Previously, TOPKID Sterilized Fresh Milk also won 1 Gold Award and 1 Bronze Award at the World Food Moscow Exhibition 2015.
In February 2016, at the Gulfood Dubai 2016 International Food Fair (UAE), TH Group was named to receive 3 major awards: Gulfood Outstanding Achievement Awards for Ms. Thai Huong; Best Initiative Award for School Health in the Fresh Milk Project for Schools in Vietnam and Best New Product Award for TH True Matcha Green Tea Yogurt.
TH Group's milk project operates in a closed, synchronized chain from farm, factory to distribution with 3 companies with specific, specialized functions. After more than 7 years of operation, TH true MILK has now accounted for more than 50% of the fresh milk market share in Vietnam.
