Testing positive for drugs and not having a driver's license, a male driver in Nghe An was heavily fined.
On July 7, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An signed Decision No. 67/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction Mr. P.D.M (born in 1989), residing in Dong Thanh commune, for violating regulations in the field of road traffic.
According to the decision, Mr. P.D.M drove a car with license plate 37K - 029.xx on the road while having drugs in his body (test results showed positive). For this act, Mr. P.D.M was fined 35 million VND.

In addition, Mr. M. was also found driving without a driver's license. For this act, Mr. P.D.M was fined 19 million VND.
The total fine for both violations is 54 million VND.
