Snowden's temporary asylum in Russia will expire at the end of June, but will likely be extended, according to attorney Jesselyn Radack.

"It's clear he misses America and wants to come home. But we don't see that happening in the near future," Ms. Radack said.
Snowden's lawyer also said that the US Justice Department has not yet reviewed the charges of theft of government property, unauthorized communication of national defense information and willful communication of classified intelligence to an unauthorized person against Snowden brought last year. "If the Justice Department wants to negotiate, we are ready," she said./.
