Enrique reached Guardiola's record in the match on the evening of February 7, in round 23 of La Liga. With an own goal by David Navarro and a goal by Luis Suarez, Barca got all three points from this away match against Levante.
Guardiola, who led Barca to three La Liga titles and two Champions League titles, set a record of 28 consecutive unbeaten matches in the 2010-11 season. The Catalans were on a great run of form before losing to Betis in the Copa del Rey in January 2011.
The last time Enrique's current Barca lost was against Sevilla last October. Since that 1-2 defeat, Barca have only won and drawn, including all 10 recent wins.
Enrique could set a new record next week if he remains unbeaten in the second leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final at the Mestalla. In the first leg on February 3, Barca defeated Valencia 7-0 at home at the Camp Nou.
