Four-year-old Abella Tomlin couldn't control her emotions and burst into tears after finding out that President Barack Obama's second and final term was coming to an end.

In this adorable clip, Abella sits in the car and tells her mom that the only way to help her get over her sadness is to watch a movie and cuddle her during naptime.

When her mother asked why she was sad, Abella replied: “I miss Mr. Obama so much!”

Abella's mother, Andrea, who lives in Beaverton, Oregon, USA, said: "Abella has long been a fan of President Obama."

“My daughter grew up with Mr. Obama as a hero in the family. Abella always wanted to express how much she loved Mr. Obama,” her mother said.

“While I was listening to the Democratic Party’s speech, Abella asked me what they were talking about. I explained that America was preparing to elect a new President,” said Abella’s mother, Andrea.

“Abella immediately burst into tears and told me, Barack Obama is our President and how can we get a new President when we already have one.”

To comfort her daughter, Andrea told little Abella that if Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton won, she would also be a good President.

However, after receiving comfort from her mother, Abella still did not calm down and even became sadder and cried that she would still miss President Obama very much.

Abella's mother also said: "I don't allow my daughter to see anything about Mr. Trump."

According to her: “Abella is not old enough to explain to her why Mr. Trump is not suitable for the position of President. But if Mr. Obama is no longer President, Mrs. Hillary will be a good choice for us.”
