Federer reaches Wimbledon quarterfinals for the 13th time.
The Swiss player secured an easy victory after one hour and 26 minutes to advance to the quarterfinals.

Roger Federer annihilated Roberto Bautista Agut 6-2, 6-2, 6-3, securing his 13th Wimbledon quarterfinal appearance. The Swiss player had an outstanding performance, leaving Bautista Agut, the 18th seed, unable to mount a comeback.
Federer recreated his peak form with a performance lasting 19 minutes in the first set. The "Swiss Express" lost only two points in his service games, secured a break on his first opportunity in the fifth game, and then won six consecutive games.
"I feel like the old days are back. Obviously, I can still play an overwhelming attacking style," Federer shared. "I started very well and kept going. But today my opponent wasn't in as good form as he usually is. Reaching the quarterfinals makes me happy."
After 86 minutes of play, Federer had 7 aces and 38 winners. Federer's opponent in the quarterfinals is the 12th seed Gilles Simon. The French player surprisingly defeated Tomas Berdych on July 6th.
Andy Murray brilliantly defeated Ivo Karlovic, a player known for his powerful serves, in the fourth round.
As expected, the two players went to a tie-break in the first set with both serving steadily. Murray faltered in the third set with a poor serve in one game. In the fourth set, thanks to Hawk Eye technology, the third seed secured a crucial break, going on to finish the match with scores of 7-6 (9-7), 6-4, 5-7, 6-4.
Federer's compatriot Stan Wawrinka defeated David Goffin in three sets. Although he won convincingly, Wawrinka had a tough time, with all three sets going to tie-breaks.
