Filip Nguyen is ready to compete fairly with Van Lam and Nguyen Manh

Filip Nguyen was born on September 14, 1992, is 1m92 tall and weighs 80kg. The goalkeeper has a father from Hai Phong and a mother from the Czech Republic and is playing in the Czech Republic National Championship for Slovan Liberec.
Although playing in a European football environment, Filip always looks back to his homeland with a burning desire to wear the national team jersey and that wish has reached the ears of coach Park Hang-seo and VFF. During the time he went to Europe to survey the quality of 4 promising overseas Vietnamese players, coach Park Hang-seo only went to Norway to watch Alex Dang, a player playing in the striker position, the position that the Vietnamese national team is having a headache finding a replacement for Anh Duc.

The Vietnamese national team will soon have to compete in the Asian World Cup qualifiers. Having some quality players competing with domestic players will help improve the quality of the squad.
Filip Nguyen is also the most active player in his efforts to return to Vietnam with support from his family and VFF to soon obtain Vietnamese citizenship.
