According to the investigation, at around 5:00 p.m. on February 4, Tuan, wearing a mask, entered the elevator of CT3 apartment building in Bau village, Kim Chung commune, looking for someone to take advantage of.robberyHe then discovered a woman entering the elevator so he approached from behind and threatened her.
After stealing the wallet containing 200,000 VND, Tuan ran down the stairs and was caught by the building security guard on the first floor and handed over to the police.
