Solicited prostitution then tied up the girl and robbed her property
After having sex, the 20-year-old man used a knife to threaten and rob the prostitute.
On November 25, the Investigation Police Agency of Chau Thanh District Police (An Giang Province) said that they are still criminally detaining Nguyen Xuan Truong (20 years old, residing in Nhon Loc Hamlet, Nhon My Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang Province) for robbery.

According to information from the Investigation Agency, because he had no money to spend, Truong came up with the idea of robbing other people's property. At around 11pm on August 27, Truong bought a Thai knife and hid it on his person, then drove his motorbike to An Chau town (Chau Thanh district) to find LTTH (17 years old) to buy sex.
Truong then took H. to a nearby motel to talk. After having sex, Truong held a knife and tied H.'s hands and feet, threatening to kill her if she shouted for help. Truong robbed H. of an OPPO F5 cell phone and 200,000 VND before quickly escaping.
Upon receiving the victim's report, the Chau Thanh District Police Department conducted an investigation. Through screening and professional measures, the authorities discovered Truong as the most suspicious person, so they invited Truong to come in for questioning.
At the police station, Truong confessed all his crimes.
