Learning about Tuan, we learned that Tuan came from a poor village in Dong La hamlet, Diem Mac commune, Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province. He had a wife and children, but because of laziness, conflicts and disagreements often arose between the couple. Tuan then left home and went abroad, abandoning his young wife and the responsibility of raising his young children.

As planned, L was sold to China by Tuan. Tuan received 5,000 NDT from a woman named Hien. Using the trick of inviting her to trade phones, Tuan lured and then took the victim P to China to sell to Hien. Coincidentally, the two girls, two victims of the human trafficking ring, L and P, met in Zhejiang (China). The two women hugged each other, cried, and told their stories.

At the same time, the Criminal Police Department of Lang Son Province Police received information from Thai Nguyen Province Police about a human trafficking ring, suspecting a subject named Tuan in Lang Son. The Criminal Police Department of Lang Son Province Police got involved but could not obtain information about the suspect... After a while, around the beginning of 2015, Ms. L returned to Vietnam to visit her family. At that time, this woman already had a husband and children in a foreign land, the victim wrote a complaint to Huu Lung District Police.

At the same time, the Criminal Police Department of Thai Nguyen Province Police also received the above information. At this time, they thought of the information provided by Thai Nguyen Police. A working group of the Social Evils and Human Trafficking Prevention Team was sent to Thai Nguyen. There, two victims, one male and one female, were also sold to China by a subject named Tuan. Through the statements of these two victims, the detectives identified the perpetrator as Tuan.

As for Tuan, after carrying out a series of human trafficking cases, he did not return to Vietnam. In China, Tuan lived a closed life, living with a very young girlfriend. Since 2010, he has only returned to Vietnam once. Tuan's arrest has always made the officers of the Criminal Police Department of Lang Son Province Police worried.

In early 2016, the Social Evils and Human Trafficking Prevention Team had accurate information about Tuan's hiding place. When researching this subject, the investigation force learned about Tuan's weakness, this subject was very fond of women. From there, they calculated professional measures to counter, lure and arrest Tuan.

As planned, on February 3, 2016, Tuan returned to Vietnam to find his new girlfriend on Zalo. When he just arrived at the Vietnamese border, he was arrested by criminal investigators of Lang Son Provincial Police. In addition to the cases of victims L and P, Tuan also sold 5 other victims, each for about 24 million VND. Tuan used all the money he earned for personal expenses.

At the investigation agency, Tuan said: At the end of 2008, in the process of defrauding and selling a Southern woman named A, the subject was arrested by the Chinese police and then sentenced to 5 years in prison in China. This was the time when Tuan had just sold two victims L and P... After serving his sentence, he was returned at the border.

Immediately after being released from prison, Tuan did not return to his country but stayed in China. By means of getting acquainted on social networks such as Zalo and Facebook, he tricked and sold many victims. After arresting Tuan, the Criminal Police Department of Lang Son Province Police organized a rescue for the victims who were deceived in a foreign land. When seeing the heartless man who had sold her twice in a foreign land, L vented all her anger...

At this point, L and P have a warm family home in a foreign land. During those days of wandering, it was their children who were the sacred emotional ties that helped them overcome those dark days, continuing to live to expose the heartless human trafficker like Tuan. The case is currently being further investigated and expanded by the Criminal Police Department of Lang Son Province Police. Through this case, it is once again a warning to young girls against the traps of human traffickers.
