At 9:00 a.m. on October 10, Giang went to Ms. Chau's boarding house at the old headquarters of Nghi Loc District People's Committee in Block 4, Quan Hanh Town to borrow some money. Ms. Chau was not at home and the door to her room was not locked. Being short of money, Nguyen Huy Giang came up with the idea of ​​stealing.

The subject quickly took away a Lenovo Z5070 laptop, a gas tank and an Iphone 6, totaling 15 million VND. After stealing the above assets, Giang sold the gas tank to a person in block 3 of Quan Hanh town for 230,000 VND, and sold the computer to another person in block 4 of this town for 500,000 VND. The Iphone 6 was taken home and hidden, waiting for another opportunity to sell.

At 4 p.m. the same day, Nguyen Huy Giang realized that his act of stealing property was a violation of the law, so he went to the Nghi Loc District Police Department to surrender. The case is being further investigated by this agency.
