According to case records, from May to July 2022, The used social media to order fake land use right certificates and car registrations, then pawned or mortgaged them to acquaintances to appropriate property.
Specifically, in May 2022, The used a Facebook account to create a fake land use right certificate. After obtaining the "red book", The mortgaged it to an acquaintance in Xuan Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) for 200 million VND.
Three months later, with the same trick, The used a fake red book as collateral to borrow 300 million VND from Ms. Nguyen Thi S. in Son Thanh commune (Yen Thanh).
