Previously, on the morning of July 22, this man suddenly broke into his neighbor's house with a knife in Tran Cung alley, Co Nhue 1 ward and stabbed him multiple times. Due to severe injuries, the victim died.
The victim was a police lieutenant colonel working at the People's Police Academy.
Upon receiving the news, Co Nhue 1 Ward Police coordinated with the professional teams of Bac Tu Liem District Police to block off the scene, conduct an examination and investigate the case. The suspect was arrested shortly thereafter.
