Previously, at the end of October 5, Viet Glory Company Limited issued a second notice related to the contents worked on October 4. Compared tofirst noticeIn this announcement, the company's board of directors has explained more clearly some of the company's regulations and working procedures.

Specifically, regarding workers' suggestions and questions about the output pressure level, the company explained: Currently, the company has established labor norms through the technical department and the IE department. For each order, the technical department will let a group of workers try to calculate the appropriate norms for workers and shoe science, applicable to all companies in the group. When putting any shape into production, there will be a progress table, clearly stating the output for each day and each department. In the coming time, the company will further promote the process and how to calculate norms so that workers can understand and implement. On October 1, 2023, to encourage the spirit and ensure the lives of workers and laborers, the company decided to increase the output bonus for the entire factory (the announcement was made on September 26, 2023).
Regarding the issue of workers receiving toxic benefits, the company said that it has complied with the law to calculate the allowance. In the same production line, not all positions do toxic work, so some will receive it and some will not. The company will promote it so that workers know the specific positions that receive toxic benefits.
In the coming time, the company will consider some contents such as dividing the percentage of diligence money, rewarding output... In addition, the company hopes that employees will sympathize because the current business and production situation is very difficult. The company's leaders also asked workers to return to work on the morning of October 6. If workers do not work, they will be considered free leave from the afternoon of October 2. After 5 days of free leave, the company will comply with the provisions of Point e, Article 36 of the 2019 Labor Code on the employer's right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract.
