Nearly 1,000 drivers and on-board service staff in Nghe An participate in training on transportation and traffic safety
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 22, Nghe An Automobile Transport Association organized a training course on transportation and traffic safety for drivers and service staff on vehicles for transportation businesses.
Pursuant to Circular 12/2020 of the Ministry of Transport “On organization and management of automobile transport activities and road transport support services”, Nghe An Automobile Transport Association organizes a training course on transportation skills and traffic safety for drivers and on-vehicle service staff for transport business units.
Attending the event were representatives of the Nghe An Department of Transport; Chairman, Vice Chairman, Executive Board of Nghe An Automobile Transport Association; representatives of leaders of transport business units in the area.
The training course was attended by nearly 1,000 drivers and vehicle service staff from more than 50 transport businesses and cooperatives in Nghe An province.
During the training, trainees will have to take a quality test. Those who pass the test will be granted a certificate of training in transportation and traffic safety by the Transport Association.
During the 3 days, the trainees will study the content of Circular 12/2020 of the Ministry of Transport; acquire and improve knowledge and regulations in the following areas: Procedures for loading and unloading goods, transporting goods, receiving and delivering goods; types of passenger transport, responsibilities of drivers and assistant drivers in automobile transport business; ensuring safety when participating in traffic, delivering goods and picking up and dropping off passengers at the right place; professional ethics of drivers and traffic culture; Responsibilities of automobile transport business units...
The provision of professional knowledge for drivers and businesses by Nghe An Automobile Transport Association aims to contribute to better production and business activities; raise awareness of responsibility in complying with legal regulations on ensuring traffic order and safety.
