Professor, Academician Nguyen Van Hieu, Former Director of the Institute of Physics, spoke highly of Vinh University's efforts in organizing this International Conference. |
At the conference, delegates introduced achievements in Physics related to the content of Nonlinear Optics and new materials. Notably, the research works that have won Nobel Prizes since 2001 have focused on issues of quantum computing, quantum interference, and ultra-high resolution spectroscopy.
Vinh University has 15 reports, including 1 new report presented by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Huy Bang (Head of the Faculty of Physics and Technology) on a new model applied in advanced Photonic devices.
Nonlinear Optics and New Materials is a highly applicable field and for a long time, successful scientific works have been led by universities. Therefore, through this conference, the organizing units hope to create a forum to promote research, development and expansion of the field. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for lecturers and students of Vinh University to approach scientific working methods and new, advanced research directions of the world.
