Participating in this assessment exam were 39 officials and civil servants of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the district.

Candidatestake the examPass 3 exam sections including: General knowledge (multiple choice test on paper); Exam to solve a real-life situation related to professional activities in the field of civil servants being assigned to advise on implementation, test time 60 minutes; Exam to write and defend outlines, projects, programs, plans suitable for the position and work based on the fields civil servants are performing.

Purpose of the assessmentofficeris to test civil servants' understanding of the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and policies in each specialized field, and at the same time correctly assess the current status of qualifications, professional capacity, expertise, and situation handling skills of each job position they are holding.

Based on the assessment results, localities can have plans to train and improve the professional qualifications and skills of cadres and civil servants; rearrange the team in accordance with professional qualifications and working capacity, contributing to improving the capacity and operational efficiency of agencies and units.
