Participating in this assessment exam were 39 cadres and civil servants of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the district.

Candidatestake the examPass 3 exam parts including: General knowledge (multiple choice test on paper); Exam to solve a real-life situation related to professional activities according to the field the civil servant is assigned to advise on, test time 60 minutes; Exam to write an outline, defend the outline, project, program, plan suitable for the position, job based on the fields the civil servant is performing.

Purpose of the testofficeris to test civil servants' understanding of the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and policies in each specialized field, and at the same time correctly assess the actual level, professional capacity, expertise, and situation handling skills of each job position they are holding.

Based on the assessment results, localities can have plans to train and improve the professional qualifications and skills of cadres and civil servants; rearrange the team in accordance with professional qualifications and working capacity, contributing to improving the capacity and operational efficiency of agencies and units.
