Nearly 7,000 people from Da Nang and Quang Ngai returned to Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Of these, 12 cases had symptoms or had contact with cases that had samples taken for testing, with negative results for nCoV.
Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of Nghe An Department of Health said that as of the evening of July 28, the authorities had counted nearly 7,000 people from Da Nang and Quang Ngai returning to Nghe An in the past 14 days.
Of these, 12 cases with symptoms or who had contact with infected cases have been tested and tested negative for nCoV. These people have been quarantined at medical stations. The remaining people are quarantined at home and are being closely monitored and followed up by health authorities.

On the afternoon of July 28, the Ministry of Health recorded 7 more cases of nCoV infection, including 3 people from Quang Nam and 4 people from Da Nang, bringing the number of infections in 4 days to 22. These 7 patients were recorded as being infected in the community. Thus, in the past 4 days, Da Nang alone recorded 18 cases, Quang Ngai 1 case, Quang Nam 3 cases. The Quang Ngai and Quang Nam cases actually all have epidemiological factors related to Da Nang.
From 0:00 on July 28, Da Nang socially isolated (according to Directive 16) 6 inner-city districts, isolated 1 suburban district; and 13 hours later, the entire city was isolated.
Meanwhile, in Nghe An, nearly 500 people are being quarantined. Since the outbreak, Nghe An has tested more than 17,000 people, and has not recorded any positive cases.
