(Baonghean) - Eight consecutive years of being an excellent student, the "core" of many excellent student teams in natural sciences, social sciences, as well as gifted and sports activities is the achievement of the team leader Duong Ngoc Anh - 9B student, Le Loi Secondary School (Vinh City).

"I am passionate about many things"

The "multi-talented" girl confidently shared with us about her passions, from Chemistry, Math, Biology, History, Geography to singing, martial arts, drawing... Knowing her parents' hard work, Ngoc Anh always tries hard to study. "My parents never have to remind me to study. Every time I get a high score or an award, I show it off and my parents are very happy" - Anh happily shared.

Among the subjects, Anh likes Chemistry the most. To study this subject well, Anh often searches for new documents, learns good ways from advanced exercises, and draws experiences for herself but does not forget the basic knowledge from textbooks, because "this is the most solid document to consolidate my knowledge" - Anh said. "Many friends ask me why I am so passionate about studying Chemistry because this subject has many formulas, many data, many element names. Anh smiled and said - If you love and study it, you will find that chemistry is very interesting, especially the chemical transformation equations are very interesting".

Although she loves Chemistry, Ngoc Anh is also “attracted” by stories, historical events, and places of Vietnam. Every time she participates in trips or activities about the source, Anh feels like she is freed from her books. When she goes to relics, hears about famous battles, heroic sacrifices, etc., she takes notes to both use as a reference for herself and to share new information with her friends in the History Club. When learning related knowledge, she associates and integrates the lesson with the stories she has heard, so she “finds it very interesting”.

For 8 consecutive years, Anh has been an excellent student. This school year, Anh was selected to be part of the school's Chemistry team to participate in the provincial excellent student competition.

Train yourself from Team work

Not only is she a good student and a good class monitor, Ngoc Anh is also an enthusiastic and dynamic class monitor and team leader. She has contributed to the development of the school's team movement through movements such as "Speaking good words, doing good deeds", "Small plans", "Circle of friends", "Lighting up dreams", "Red scarf chickens", "Pairs of friends progressing together"...

Telling us about her "fate" with the Team's activities until now, Ngoc Anh proudly said that since primary school, she was trusted by teachers and friends to be elected as Team Leader, and participated in the Team's Command Committee. In grade 6, Anh confidently ran for the position of Team Leader of Le Loi Secondary School.

“Participating in the Team activities, I learned many skills as well as had practical experiences. Now I am very passionate, and cannot give up” - Anh said. According to Anh, for the school's Team movement to spread, first of all, the Team Leader must create solidarity, be a good example of good study and have talent in collective activities. Ngoc Anh's agility, liveliness and enthusiasm have been shown and promoted in the school's cultural and artistic activities, writing scripts and hosting ceremonies. Ngoc Anh always leaves an impression with her ability to lead eloquently, her sweet singing voice, or her unique martial arts performances.

For Ngoc Anh, each activity is an interesting experience, bringing her many beautiful memories. What Anh learned the most when participating in the Team activities is communication skills, confidence in front of a crowd, as well as the ability to be a "leader". In particular, from the Team ritual competitions, Anh not only demonstrated her command experience, being the link connecting the team members, but also had the opportunity to exchange, make friends from other schools. "Recently, Ngoc Anh and her friends won first prize in the provincial Team Ritual competition" - the team leader happily boasted.

Proud of her smart and energetic Team Leader student, Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Ha - Team Leader of Le Loi Secondary School said: "Ngoc Anh is a very good student, exemplary, self-studying, proactive in learning. Passionate about Team work and an excellent Team Leader - a "powerful assistant" of the school in activities".
