On July 19, mobilized by Nghe An province, a team of medical staffNghe An Traditional Medicine Hospitalincluding 20 doctors, nurses, and technicians who volunteered to join the epidemic prevention and control in Ho Chi Minh City. (This is the 4th out of 8 delegations of Nghe An medical staff to reinforce and support provinces and cities in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic).
After 78 days of performing tasks at medical facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, on October 7, the medical staff of Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital completed their mission and returned; they were quarantined for 7 days to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic in Cua Lo town. Test results showed that none of the members of the delegation were infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, the Center for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghe An province, Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of Nghe An Department of Health congratulated the delegation of Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital for successfully completing the task of increasing reinforcements for Covid-19 prevention and control in Ho Chi Minh City; which was highly appreciated and commended by the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City.
