Meeting with Vinh City Newsletter collaborators

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 6, Vinh City Party Committee held a meeting with collaborators of the Spring At Mui 2015 newsletter to look back on a year of the newsletter, looking forward to 2015 with more diverse activities.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the Vinh City Party Committee's Propaganda Department reviewed the work and tasks of the 2014 newsletter with remarkable results: Firmly adhering to political tasks, reflecting the city's outstanding activities in the fields of politics, culture, socio-economics, national defense and security. Attracting a large number of multi-disciplinary, dedicated and concerned collaborators, especially collaborators who were retired key cadres living in wards and communes in the city. The newsletter continues to be innovated in form and content, focusing on disseminating the resolutions and laws of the Party and State to the people through the following sections: Party building, new rural areas, following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, building a green - clean - beautiful Vinh city, good people and good deeds... Although it is the newsletter with the largest circulation in the district-level newsletter system, the newsletter still faces difficulties in gathering and mobilizing news articles, the economic section is still limited, the quality of articles is not guaranteed, it has not attracted young collaborators, many grassroots party organizations have not participated...

In 2015, Vinh City News continued to maintain stable columns, opened new columns such as term marks, country, Vinh city people..., improved editing quality...

Many opinions say that in 2015, the city needs to focus on promoting the strong imprint of the term at the grassroots level, there needs to be many attractive, multi-dimensional articles reflecting the city's socio-economic and cultural aspects, and introducing the city's attractive tourist attractions...
