Gareth Bale will not play for Tottenham anymore
Bale's statement shows his extreme frustration as Chairman Levy continues to block the Welsh midfielder from leaving the club.
Gareth Bale recently expressed his frustration with Tottenham's board of directors when he told his Welsh teammates: "I will never wear the Spurs shirt again. I have played my last game for Tottenham."
British newspapers all believe that the reason for Bale's resistance is the "complicated" process in the transfer agreement. According to the Mirror, a source close to Bale revealed: "Gareth feels confused and frustrated. He cannot understand why Spurs are so determined to refuse the biggest transfer fee in history."

For Bale, playing for the national team, his career and life in North London have created a lot of pressure and challenges. The Welsh midfielder is having a tense relationship with the Spurs board due to the deal, although he has always been considered Villa-Boas' favorite, and has a close teacher-student relationship with this strategist.
Bale was almost absent from Tottenham's pre-season squad. He only played in one match and often cited injury as the reason for his absence. However, this was just Bale's way of making it clear that he wanted to leave White Hart Lane.
Bale feels he has been betrayed by chairman Daniel Levy, who promised not to stand in the way of the midfielder moving to a bigger club if he received a huge offer. But in the end, Levy did the exact opposite. Meanwhile, Real Madrid have also shown their efforts in persistently pursuing Bale, but this price has not moved Chairman Levy.
Today (August 15), as planned, Bale and President Levy will have a private meeting together. Through the meeting, Bale still hopes that he will continue to push Mr. Levy to accept the offer from Real Madrid and help him escape the current "deadlock" situation./.
