Caused a fatal accident then stole a motorbike and fled
After a fatal traffic collision, two young men stole a motorbike and fled the scene.
On February 27, Thang Binh District Police, Quang Nam Province, said they had identified the two young men involved in a fatal traffic accident in the locality.

Previously, at about 5:20 p.m. on February 22, Nguyen Van Khoa (born 2004) drove a motorbike with license plate 92H6-4793 carrying Nguyen Van Lai (born 2002; both residing in Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam province) on National Highway 1A in the direction of Tam Ky - Da Nang.
When arriving at Quan Go intersection (Binh An commune, Thang Binh district), Khoa's car collided with a motorbike with license plate 59Y2-027.68 driven by Vo Hoang Chuong (born in 1977) carrying his wife and children traveling from Binh Que - Binh Nam concrete road to National Highway 1.
The accident left Mr. Chuong's wife seriously injured and taken to the emergency room but died two days later. The two motorbikes were severely damaged.
It is worth mentioning that after the accident, Khoa and Lai fled the scene. On the way, the two young men stole a motorbike with license plate 43H1-9850 from a resident in Binh An commune and drove to Hiep Duc district.
