'Gazprom' stops pumping gas into Germany's largest storage
Gazprom has stopped pumping and pumping gas into Germany's largest storage facility, Reden. This was announced by the operator of the Astora underground gas storage facility, part of Gazprom Germania, EurAsiaDaily writes.
As of April 4, Germany's active gas storage capacity amounted to 21 million cubic meters per day.
Two other underground gas storage facilities operated by Astora continue to operate. Specifically, on April 5, gas pumping and withdrawals were carried out according to schedule at the Austrian Haidach and German Jemgum storage facilities. But the reserves of these two facilities are also at a minimum level, EADaily noted.

Gazprom stops participating in its "subsidiary" in Germany
Earlier, the German Ministry of Economics appointed the Federal Grid Agency as the temporary trustee of the German group of companies Gazprom Germania. As stated in the text of the resolution published on the agency's portal, the decision was made after consultations with the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Bank. The management of all voting rights on shares of Gazprom Germania GmbH was transferred to the management agency until September 30 of this year. Shareholders lost their voting rights.
Gazprom Germania GmbH is a subsidiary of Gazprom Export (part of Gazprom). The company sells fuel and has a network of gas filling stations in Germany. The German company owns Gazprom Marketing & Trading, Wingas and several other companies in Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
