Over the past 9 months, apartments for sale in Ho Chi Minh City had an average price of 29 million VND per square meter, the highest being in District 1 at 47.8 million VND and the lowest being in Hoc Mon district at 12 million VND per square meter, according to Data First.

The top 5 areas with the highest average selling price in the entire market include: District 1 (47.8 million VND per square meter), District 3 (47 million VND per square meter), District 11 (40 million VND), District 5 (40.2 million) and District 10 (38.9 million VND).
This report also said that in July, August and September, Ho Chi Minh City had 24 projects with the first listings, accounting for more than 30% of the country (77 projects). The most popular listing price in the entire Ho Chi Minh City market was 21-29 million VND per square meter, accounting for 27% of the market (equivalent to 21,112 listings). The most popular apartment area offered for sale was 40-70 square meters, accounting for 38% of the entire Ho Chi Minh City market (29,900 listings).
Data First added that Ho Chi Minh City has more than 12,000 people posting (selling) apartments. Last quarter, many projects that had been sold out in the primary market continued to post ads.
