Domestic coffee prices today

Specifically, in Di Linh, Lam Ha, Bao Loc districts (Lam Dong), today's coffee price is purchased at 113,100 VND/kg.

In Cu M'gar district (Dak Lak), the coffee price today is at 113,600 VND/kg. In Ea H'leo district (Dak Lak), Buon Ho district (Dak Lak), the coffee price today is purchased at the same level of 113,500 VND/kg.

Similarly in Dak Nong province, today's coffee purchase price is at 113,600 VND/kg in Gia Nghia and 113,500 VND/kg in Dak R'lap.

In Gia Lai province, coffee price today is at 113,500 VND/kg (Chu Prong), in Pleiku and La Grai the price is 113,400 VND/kg.

Today's coffee price in Kon Tum province is purchased at 113,500 VND/kg.

In September, Vietnam exported 51,369 tons of coffee, earning 286.9 million USD, down from the previous month but up from last year. Total coffee exports in the first 9 months of 2024 reached 1.1 million tons, worth 4.31 billion USD, down in volume but up in value compared to 2023.

The average export price in the first nine months of the year was $3,896 per tonne, up 56% year-on-year. September recorded the highest average export price ever at $5,469 per tonne.

The EU is Vietnam’s largest coffee export market, accounting for 39% of total volume and 38% of total value, with 431,231 tons and a value of nearly 1.64 billion USD. Coffee exports to countries such as Germany, Italy, Belgium, and France decreased due to limited supply, but the value still increased.

World coffee prices today

At the end of the most recent trading session, the price of Robusta coffee in London for November 2024 delivery increased by 48 USD/ton, at 4,876 USD/ton, and for January 2025 delivery increased by 78 USD/ton, at 4,756 USD/ton.

Arabica coffee prices for December 2024 delivery increased by 6.15 cents/lb to 258.20 cents/lb, and for March 2025 delivery increased by 5.80 cents/lb to 256.55 cents/lb.

Global coffee prices fell despite the ICO’s report of record exports. Global coffee exports reached 110 million bags in 11 months, reflecting ample supplies.

Global Robusta coffee increased by 5.6% year-on-year, with Brazil, India and Indonesia being major contributors. Robusta coffee exports from these three countries in August 2024 increased by 36% year-on-year.

Vietnam’s coffee exports fell 12.1% to 24.09 million bags, reflecting a real decline in supply. Despite the drop in export volume, rising coffee export prices helped Vietnam achieve a record $4 billion in revenue in the first nine months of the year.
