Today's domestic coffee price, June 23, is at 95,500 - 96,000 VND/kg. Coffee prices dropped by a shocking 15% in a week, losing the 100,000 VND/tael mark, witnessing the sharpest weekly decline in many years.

Domestic coffee prices today, June 23, 2025 in the Central Highlands region remained unchanged, fluctuating between 95,500 - 96,000 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in Dak Lak province are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 96,000 VND/kg. It is unchanged by 5,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee prices in Dak Nong province are at VND96,000/kg, unchanged from yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province remained unchanged from yesterday and were traded at VND96,000/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices remained unchanged from yesterday at VND95,500/kg.
Domestic coffee prices fell nearly 15% last week compared to the previous week. The current price is the lowest since March 2024 and down more than 29% from the peak of VND135,500/kg at the end of March.
According to traders, domestic coffee prices have fallen to their lowest level in more than a year due to the impact of falling global coffee prices, while robusta supplies from other producing countries continue to increase.
Mr. Nguyen Nam Hai, Chairman of VICOFA, said the main reason was the strong increase in supply from Brazil, which is entering its harvest season with better-than-expected productivity. This is the time when prices usually fall due to abundant supply. In addition, the tense geopolitical situation has caused financial speculators to shift capital to markets with higher profit margins such as gold and oil, withdrawing from commodities such as coffee.
World coffee prices today
Coffee prices on the world market fell sharply on two exchanges:
On the London exchange, the price of robusta coffee for July 2025 delivery ended the week at $3,887/ton, down $551, or 12.4%, from the previous week. The September contract fell even further, nearly 13%, to $3,737/ton.
On the New York floor, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in July 2025 also fell sharply by nearly 10%, down to 315.05 cents/lb; the September contract fell more than 10%, to 309.95 cents/lb.
According to the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), global coffee prices are under downward pressure due to large supplies from Brazil and South American countries. Forecasts from the USDA show that Brazil's coffee output next crop year will increase slightly to 65 million bags.
Honduras, Central America’s largest coffee producer, is also enjoying a good crop. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s robusta coffee output in 2025-2026 is forecast to increase by 7% to 31 million bags, the highest in four years.
