Experts say the international market is still in a state of scarce supply, causing coffee prices to remain high in the coming time.
The Chinese market is currently becoming one of the most important partners with the ever-increasing demand for instant coffee. According to a report from the USDA, in the 2024-2025 crop year, China is expected to import 336,000 tons of coffee, of which Vietnam plays the role of the main supplier thanks to its quality and reputation.
However, challenges such as adverse weather and the impending EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) are posing many challenges. However, the Chinese market still brings many positive incentives to the Vietnamese coffee industry, helping to ensure long-term growth.
