Coffee prices today September 26, 2025: Domestic prices increase sharply
Today, September 26, domestic coffee prices are at 113,200 - 114,500 VND/kg, a sharp increase of 3,000 VND/kg. World coffee prices have fallen sharply on both London and New York exchanges.
Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices at 4:00 a.m. today, September 26, 2025 in the Central Highlands region increased sharply from 2,700 to 3,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 113,200 - 114,500 VND/kg. The average coffee price is currently around 111,400 VND/kg. Specifically:
Accordingly, traders in Lam Dong region are purchasing coffee at the highest price from 113,200 to 114,500 VND/kg, a sharp increase from 2,700 to 3,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 114,500 VND/kg, an increase of 3,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province increased by VND3,000/kg compared to yesterday and were traded at VND114,200/kg.
Domestic coffee prices are still maintained at a higher level than the international exchange price. This shows that recent fluctuations in coffee prices on the London exchange have had less impact on the domestic market. In fact, the coffee prices purchased by export enterprises are always higher than the exchange price.
A positive trend is that more and more organizations and individuals are investing in developing specialty coffee. This type of coffee is picked when ripe, applied elaborate processing and evaluated by experts, thanks to which it has a very high value.
Even coffee lots that do not meet the criteria for specialty status are markedly improved in quality compared to conventional commercial coffees, and therefore command a better price.
This reality has attracted many international importers to Vietnam to directly buy specialty coffee at high prices, without taking the floor price as the only reference standard.
Ahead of the upcoming harvest, experts continue to recommend that farmers harvest ripe cherries. This method not only improves the quality of coffee beans but also contributes to increasing yields.
World coffee prices today
At the end of the trading session last night, early this morning, September 26 (Vietnam time), Robusta coffee prices on the London - UK exchange decreased sharply from 88 - 125 USD/ton, a rate of 2.17% - 2.96%; Arabica prices on the New York - US exchange increased from 0.9 - 3.6 US cent/pound, a rate of 0.29% - 0.98%.
Specifically, Robusta prices for terms are as follows:
Delivery in November 2025 decreased by 125 USD/ton, down to 4094 USD/ton, equivalent to 110,500 VND/kg.
Delivery in January 2025 decreased by 103 USD/ton to 4082 USD/ton.
Delivery in March 2025 decreased by 96 USD/ton to 4037 USD/ton.
Delivery in May 2025 decreased by 91 USD/ton, down to 4000 USD/ton.
Arabica futures for December 2025 delivery rose 3.6 US cents/pound to 371.35 US cents/pound.
Arabica futures for March 2026 delivery rose 3.05 US cents/pound to 351.45 US cents/pound.
Arabica futures for May 2026 delivery rose 2.35 US cents/pound to 337.75 US cents/pound.
Arabica futures for July 2026 delivery rose 1.75 US cents/pound to 324.9 US cents/pound.
