The Provincial Police Investigation Agency has just issued an emergency arrest warrant for Dao Van Binh for robbery.

On the afternoon of March 7, a source from Vinh Phuc Provincial Police said that the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police had just issued an emergency arrest warrant for Dao Van Binh, (born in 1989 in Phu Ninh District, Phu Tho Province) for robbery.

Subject Binh at the investigation agency.

Previously, Dao Van Binh used the trick of pretending to be an electrician to enter the house of Mr. Le Van Lap (80 years old in Phuc Yen town, Vinh Phuc province), then used a weapon to seriously injure Mr. Lap, ransacked the cabinets, broke the safe and stole over 200 million VND.

Determining this to be an especially serious case, the subject committed the act very recklessly during the day and in a densely populated area, the Provincial Police Department mobilized maximum force to organize verification and investigation. After 6 days of active investigation, the investigation agency seized 202 million VND and evidence of the case.

The above case shows that the subject's method is not new, taking advantage of families with elderly people, women or children at home alone, then finding a reason to break into the family, using force to commit robbery. Therefore, the masses need to raise their vigilance against this particularly dangerous type of crime.

The quick investigation and clarification of the above case is an outstanding achievement of the Vinh Phuc Police force, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the police force.

On March 6, 2018, the Provincial Police Department directly came to encourage and unexpectedly reward the forces that participated in the investigation of the case.
