After surveying the auctioned land, we saw a group of people in Yen Thanh district quickly buy back several auctioned land lots. The documents and deposit for the transaction were carried out right on the car, some brokers even brought money counters to facilitate the transaction.
According to a local real estate broker, each lot of land after winning the auction is resold for a difference of 100 - 120 million VND. The buyer immediately sells it to make a profit.
