Updated coffee prices today August 9, 2024: Domestic coffee prices were updated at 4:30 a.m. on August 9, 2024 as follows, coffee prices increased sharply from 1,800 to 2,000 VND/kg.
The average price reached VND 122,700/kg in the Central Highlands provinces, with the highest price recorded in Dak Nong and Dak Lak at VND 122,800/kg.
Coffee prices today, August 9, in Dak Lak province increased by 1,800 VND/kg compared to yesterday, in Cu M'gar at 122,800 VND/kg, along with Ea H'leo and Buon Ho both at 122,700 VND/kg.
Dak Nong coffee prices also increased sharply by 2,000 VND/kg, Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap had purchase prices of 122,800 VND/kg and 122,700 VND/kg respectively.
The price of Lam Dong green coffee beans is 122,100 VND/kg.
Gia Lai and Kon Tum both have coffee prices of 122,500 VND/kg.

Domestic pepper prices today, August 9, are in the range of 137,000 - 138,000 VND/kg, a sharp increase of 1,000 to 2,000 VND/kg in some provinces compared to yesterday.
Accordingly, in Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai provinces, pepper price today is purchased at 138,000 VND/kg. A slight increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to the same time yesterday.
In Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Dong Nai provinces, pepper prices today increased slightly by VND 1,000/kg to VND 137,000.
Binh Phuoc has the same price of 137,000 VND/kg, an increase of 2,000 VND compared to yesterday.
The latest update from the International Pepper Community (IPC) shows that pepper prices in the international market on August 9 were stable from leading exporters.

In the second quarter of 2024, raw rubber prices nationwide increased following the upward trend of the world market. The main driving force for the increase in domestic rubber prices was mainly due to the shortage of natural rubber supply, especially from Thailand and Indonesia.
However, the price of raw rubber latex has tended to decrease again since the end of the second quarter of 2024 until now due to concerns about slowing demand in the Chinese market, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In the Central Highlands, durian prices range from 45,000 to 105,000 VND/kg, depending on type and quality.
Thai durian and Ri6 durian continue to have the highest and lowest selling prices in this area, at VND100,000 - 105,000/kg and VND45,000 - 50,000/kg, respectively.
