He cited a transaction of up to 12 million PI and said that the development team took advantage of the sale while the community was still paying attention to the project's announcements.
Dr. Picoin emphasized that a large amount of tokens were sold during the media craze, misleading many investors. Although these allegations have not been officially verified, they quickly went viral and sparked controversy about the transparency and reliability of Pi Network in the eyes of users.

Nicolas Kokkalis's empty and uninformed speech
Pi Network is currently under close scrutiny due to a number of suspicious signs regarding its structure and internal operations. In a thread that has gone viral in the crypto community, analyst Szymanski has warned about the project’s excessive concentration of power.
According to Szymanski, of the total 100 billion Pi tokens, 89 billion are still held by the Pi Core Team. Meanwhile, only 7.1 billion tokens are in circulation on the market. This means that nearly 90% of the supply is controlled by a single group, causing many to worry about the risk of manipulation and the possibility of a sudden price crash, like what happened with Terra Luna before.
Not only that, Szymanski also warned that if there is an internal conflict, or a member deliberately dumps a large amount of tokens, the entire system can collapse quickly. Excessive concentration of power also makes Pi Network vulnerable to cyber attacks or fraud from within.
In this context, the price of PI tokens has dropped more than 50% in just five days, sparking a new wave of criticism about the possibility of the project being a scam. Some users have discovered that there are many large-volume transactions related to internal transactions of the project, increasing the loss of trust in the community.
