In recent weeks, the pressure of pepper selling by dealers has increased as the coffee harvest is underway. Farmers and domestic dealers need a large amount of capital to invest and trade coffee, so they have sold pepper to transfer money to coffee trading. This has led to higher pepper trading volume in the market compared to the first weeks of October, putting pressure on the price of this commodity.

Currently, the prices of agricultural products are still maintained at a high level, which is a positive signal for the export turnover of Dak Lak province in the last months of the year. At this time, the business community is making every effort to complete the goals and plans set for the whole year 2024. However, many export enterprises in the province also shared that, although the export turnover has increased sharply in recent times, they also face many difficulties in the production and business process.

For example, the high price of agricultural products, especially coffee and pepper, has made it difficult for export enterprises to purchase raw materials. Many orders suffered heavy losses when they had to buy at high prices to have goods to deliver to partners.
