Gasoline and oil prices officially decreased from 3:00 p.m. today, April 13
At 3:00 p.m. today, April 13, each liter of gasoline decreased by more than 600 VND to over 11,000 VND, oil products decreased by 126-502 VND.
According to information from the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, domestic retail gasoline and oil prices continued to decrease for the seventh time since the beginning of the year. Each liter of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 613 VND, RON95 gasoline decreased by 621 VND. Oil products also decreased by 126-502 VND per liter, kg depending on the type.
After adjustment, the maximum price of E5 RON92 gasoline is 11,343 VND per liter; RON95 is no more than 11,939 VND; diesel is 10,823 VND, kerosene is 8,639 VND and mazut is a maximum of 9,328 VND per kg.

Along with the price reduction, the operator also deducted 400 VND from the Gasoline Price Stabilization Fund for each liter of E5 RON92 gasoline; 1,400 VND for RON95, kerosene, diesel, and 200 VND per kilogram for mazut. This operating period continues to not use the Stabilization Fund.

Authorities said that the average price of finished petroleum products in the world over the past 15 days has decreased slightly compared to the operating period on March 29. Each barrel of RON92 gasoline (the type used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline) decreased by nearly 4.1 USD, to 20.643 USD; RON95 also decreased by more than 4.4 USD, to 21.267 USD per barrel. Meanwhile, diesel oil is 33.894 USD per barrel, kerosene is 25.706 USD...
This reduction in retail gasoline and oil prices, according to the joint ministries, is aimed at supporting people's lives and businesses' production and business. The management agency believes that the amount set aside for the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund "is at a reasonable level to have room to regulate gasoline and oil prices in the following periods in the context of complicated and unpredictable developments in world gasoline and oil prices."
