Gasoline prices have fallen for the fourth consecutive time.
From 3 PM today (December 3rd), the retail price of RON 92 gasoline must not exceed 16,796 VND per liter, a decrease of over 250 VND. E5 gasoline must not exceed 16,301 VND, while the prices of other petroleum products will decrease by 283-446 VND per liter/kilogram.
This is the latest requirement from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance for businesses involved in the petroleum trade.
According to the operator's calculations, world oil prices have been trending downwards over the past 15 days. The average price of RON 92 gasoline in Singapore over the past half-month was just over USD per barrel, lower than the average of 57 in the previous cycle.

Therefore, the regulatory agency requested that the stabilization fund continue to be unused, that taxes and the current contribution rate of 300 VND to the price stabilization fund remain unchanged, and that domestic retail prices be reduced.
In the most recent price adjustment on November 18th, RON 92 and RON 95 gasoline both decreased to 17,054 VND, while E5 gasoline did not exceed 16,559 VND. Meanwhile, fuel oil decreased by 83 VND per kilogram, while kerosene increased by 124 VND per liter.
Since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have experienced 6 increases and 11 decreases, resulting in the current price level being nearly 1,100 VND per liter lower than at the end of last year.
