Gasoline prices fall after 5 consecutive increases
The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance have just decided to reduce gasoline prices.From 5:00 p.m. this afternoon (October 5), after 5 consecutive increases, with a decrease of about 110 - 130 VND/liter. Only kerosene and fuel oil prices were adjusted up.
After making provisions and spending the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund, the prices of petroleum products are adjusted as follows:
RON 92 gasoline decreased by 112 VND/liter, selling price not higher than 17,999 VND/liter; E5 gasoline decreased by 105 VND/liter, selling price not higher than 17,731 VND/liter.

Diesel 0.05S increased by 147 VND/liter, but not higher than 14,588 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 318 VND/liter, but not higher than 13,433 VND/liter. Fuel oil increased by 212 VND/kg, but not higher than 11,748 VND/kg.
Thus, gasoline prices have been adjusted down after 5 consecutive increases.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance also decided to keep the current level of the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products.
At the same time, the price stabilization fund for petroleum is VND130/liter for mineral gasoline; VND110/liter for E5 gasoline; VND180/liter for diesel; VND190/liter for kerosene and VND100/kg for fuel oil.
