Rural Youth Football Tournament in the North - North Central region
The National Rural Youth Sports Program - Sport Hub took place in Nghe An with the participation of 8 football teams from provinces, cities and units.
Within the framework of the Sport Hub program, on the afternoon of December 7, in Vinh city (Nghe An), the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (Sabeco) and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union jointly organized the Awarding Ceremony and Closing Ceremony of the Rural Youth Football Tournament in the North - North Central region.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Rural Youth Union Canh Chi Quan said: The 2024 National Rural Youth Sports Program was organized on the occasion of handing over 30 community sports fields in the "Sports Promotion" project for the period 2022 - 2024.
This tournament continues to affirm the initiative and close coordination between the Central Youth Union and Sabeco in the process of implementing the contents and activities in the coordination program in various fields with practical and meaningful contents, spreading and creating positive effects on union members, youth and the whole society.
This year, the National Rural Youth Sports Program - Sport Hub with the participation of 46 football teams selected from provinces and cities.
In Nghe An, this year's tournament has the participation of 8 teams from the following units: Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union, Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union, Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union, Nam Dinh Provincial Youth Union, Saigon Beer Trading Joint Stock Company North Central, Song Lam Brewery, Nghe Tinh Brewery.
After two days of exciting competition, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union team won third prize, Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union team won second prize, and Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union team won the championship and won a ticket to compete in the national final round in Bac Giang.
This is not only a football playground, the program also brings cultural activities, regional cuisine, and exciting physical games, helping people connect through rich experiences. The Sports Hub event series accompanied by Sabeco not only promotes the spirit of sports training, but also spreads the message of solidarity and community connection, especially in the era of strong development of digital technology.
