On April 3, Traffic Control Patrol Team 1.48, Nghe An Provincial Traffic Police Department announced that they had successfully rescued a young woman who was tricked and sold into prostitution.
Accordingly, at about 10:15 a.m. on April 2, the working group of Traffic Control Patrol Team 1.48 discovered vehicle with license plate 30A - 347.66 violating the speed limit, so they signaled the vehicle to stop for an administrative check.

During the inspection, the driver of the car was Cao Xuan Sang (born in 1992), residing in Thanh Hoa province, carrying 3 people, including: Lo Van Vi (born in 1990), Ha Van Hung (born in 1989), both residing in Nghia Lam commune, Nghia Dan district, and Luong Thi T (born in 2002), residing in Huoi Le village, Keng Du commune, Ky Son district.
Working with the police, T said that a friend had previously taken her from her hometown to Dien Chau district to sell goods. However, when she arrived, T was tricked and sold into a brothel. During the work, the brothel owner forced T to sell sex, but T did not agree. On the morning of April 2, Sang, Vi, and Hung's group came to visit T and asked her about the matter. Knowing that T wanted to return to her hometown, the group of young men tricked her into taking her home. After T agreed to get in the car, the group drove T to Thanh Hoa province.
Through investigation, it was found that T was tricked into going to Dien Hung commune, Dien Chau, Nghe An to sell goods, but in reality, she was forced to become a prostitute, so T refused. When she heard the 3 subjects say they would take her home in Ky Son, T agreed. However, the purpose was to take the victim to Bai Chanh, Nhu Xuan, Thanh Hoa to play.
The working group made a record and transferred it to Thai Hoa town police to investigate and hand over Luong Thi T to Ky Son district police and her family.The incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
