Comrade Nguyen Van Cong:Being nominated as a candidate for the 14th National Assembly is a great honor for me. And if I am trusted by voters, with my role and responsibilities, I will try to fulfill the following contents:

Firstly, fully participate in meetings of the National Assembly, delegations, and provincial National Assembly delegations, and be responsible to voters and the National Assembly for performing their duties as delegates.

Second, closely connect with voters, listen to their thoughts and aspirations, absorb their recommendations and proposals to honestly and promptly reflect them to State management agencies and the National Assembly, contributing to promoting people's mastery.

Third, actively propagate to the people to enforce the constitution and laws associated with professional work in civil judgment enforcement. With my role and responsibility, I will advise the leaders to help the Provincial People's Committee manage the state in the work of judgment enforcement.

Specifically: advising on perfecting, amending and supplementing regulations and programs of provincial and district-level enforcement boards; directing and guiding professional activities at the grassroots level to promptly enforce judgments in accordance with legal regulations, avoiding complaints and denunciations from enforcement agencies and officers directly enforcing judgments.

In addition, Nghe An is currently implementing the National Assembly Resolution, which is to implement the Pilot Project of the bailiff institution. This is a new institution, I am assigned to be involved in this area, so I will pay attention to helping bailiff offices operate well, thereby reducing the tasks and pressure on the enforcement agency.

PV:What do you think about the role and responsibility of National Assembly representatives before voters?

Comrade Nguyen Van Cong:I think, in addition to fulfilling well the role of elected representatives in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of voters and being exemplary in implementing the constitution and laws, National Assembly representatives must also be responsible to voters and the National Assembly for the performance of their political duties.

For example, in the work of organizing the execution of judgments, although the judgment has come into effect, my colleagues and I always look for solutions, methods, and ways to convince the person being executed, the person who must execute the judgment, and the people with related rights to understand, understand, and voluntarily implement. Thereby contributing to resolving difficult and complicated cases, reducing the backlog of cases...

If I become a National Assembly delegate, I will have the conditions to better perform my duties, including advising and resolving voters' recommendations related to the organization of execution of judgments, focusing on organizing the execution of judgments effectively without causing financial, time and labor costs, and avoiding complaints and denunciations from all parties.
