Dissolution of Nghe An Province Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center

According to the Decision, the Nghe An Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center was dissolved, established under Decision No. 509/QD-TTg dated April 13, 2020 of the Prime Minister.

The People's Committee of Nghe An province is responsible for organizing the implementation of the transfer of functions and tasks, resolving regimes and policies for civil servants and employees, handling financial and property issues and issues related to the dissolution of the Nghe An Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion in accordance with the provisions of law, to be completed before September 1, 2025.

This Decision takes effect from August 27, 2025.

Nghe An Provincial Investment, Trade and Service Promotion Center was established under Decision 509/QD-TTg dated April 13, 2020 of the Prime Minister; is a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee performing the function of promoting investment, trade, tourism and supporting business development in the province according to the provisions of law. Previously, on July 18, 2025, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2276/QD-UBND approving the Project to dissolve Nghe An Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center.
