20 - 50% discount on train tickets from August 15

Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company reduces 20% of ticket prices on Thong Nhat passenger trains: SE3/SE4, SE7/SE8, TN1/2, SE21/SE22; passenger trains in the following sections: SE25/SE26, SNT1/SNT2, SPT1/SPT2, N11/N12, SNT9/SNT6 from August 15.

For train pairs: SE3/SE4, SE7/SE8, SE21/SE22, TN1/TN2 running from September 10 to December 31, customers who buy tickets 60 days or more before departure date will receive a 50% discount on ticket price (when returning or exchanging tickets, the deduction is 50% of the price); buying tickets 30-59 days before departure date will receive a 30% discount on ticket price (when returning or exchanging tickets, the deduction is 30% of the price).

The time to change and return tickets before the train departs is 72 hours. This discount ticket only applies to passengers buying individual tickets and tickets for trains with a travel distance of 1,000 km or more. The discount does not apply to the 4-berth air-conditioned double sleeper cabin of train SE3/SE4. In addition, Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company announced that from August 15, it will temporarily stop running train SNT5/SNT4 between Nha Trang - Saigon and train SPT4/SPT3 between Saigon - Phan Thiet; adjust the time of train SNT9 departing from Tuy Hoa station at 5:25 pm and arriving at Saigon station at 4:07 am. In addition to train pairs SE7/SE8, SE21/SE22, the company will organize trains TN1/TN2, SE25/SE26, SNT1/SNT2, SPT1/SPT2 to stop at Di An station (Binh Duong) to pick up and drop off passengers.

During the National Day holiday on September 2, Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company organized an additional pair of trains from Saigon to Quy Nhon and vice versa, coded SQN4/SQN3. Specifically, train SQN4 on September 1 departs from Saigon station at 11:15 p.m. and arrives at Quy Nhon station at 1:22 p.m., the last station. Train SQN3 on September 4 departs from Quy Nhon station at 5:30 p.m. and arrives at Saigon station at 8:12 a.m., the last station. Stations for picking up and dropping off passengers: Saigon, Bien Hoa, Binh Thuan, Thap Cham, Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa, Tuy Hoa, Dieu Tri, Quy Nhon.

Also on this occasion, Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company will operate additional train pairs from Hanoi to Lao Cai, Vinh, Dong Hoi and vice versa. Specifically as follows: Hanoi - Lao Cai route will operate additional train SP7 on September 1 and train SP8 on September 4. Hanoi - Vinh route will operate additional train NA3 on September 1 and train NA4 on September 4.
