To ensure the rights of health insurance cardholders, the hospital enhances its role and responsibility, improves medical ethics and professional skills; and strengthens cooperation with several central and provincial hospitals to receive professional support in staff training and development.
At the facilities, the inspection team noted that the hospitals' medical examination and treatment work has contributed to the healthcare of the people. The team requested that the hospitals pay attention to advising patients on the use of services to ensure their rights; supplement, attract, train, and develop a team of competent, qualified, and highly responsible staff; invest in technical equipment; and improve environmental hygiene to better serve the medical examination and treatment needs of the people.
